Ty performs a wide range of duties, which include coordinating tactical research, mapping and geographic analysis, Web development and oversees day-to-day operations of Bravo Group's technology operations. He is heavily involved in cross-disciplinary research and analysis that drives strategy and tactics for client projects.

Before joining Bravo Group, Ty worked with Affinity Technology Consultants, a subsidiary of Bravo Group. There he worked with economic development and educational partners to assess the availability of telecommunications infrastructure in several counties across Pennsylvania and the use and understanding of broadband technologies by their businesses, government agencies, educational entities and healthcare providers.

A technology specialist, Ty is experienced in geographic information systems (GIS) and other mapping technologies to analyze and visualize data. He has produced sophisticated GIS data and mapping tools for a variety of Bravo Group and Affinity clients.

Prior to joining Bravo Group, he worked in the Governor's Office for Information Technology from 1998-2003. He began his tenure there as an information technology specialist, but quickly took on additional responsibilities, including management of special projects for the state's chief information officer.

Prior to his post with the OIT, Ty worked for the Illinois State Budget Office, where he was employed as a budget analyst from 1997-1998. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Public Administration (1997) from Syracuse University.
