Matt brings extensive campaign, communications, and strategic planning skills to Bravo Group. He performs a wide range of duties, which include grassroots/grasstops coalition building, database development, community outreach, and tactical research. He is heavily involved with our energy practice and our healthcare clients.

Before joining Bravo Group, Matt held the title of coordinator for the nationally acclaimed Keystone Opportunity Zone program. In this position, he worked closely with other participating state agencies to develop and execute the program. He also served as the department’s program liaison to various localities, business leaders, and individual taxpayers throughout the commonwealth.

In 2002, while with the department, Matt also assumed the duties of Executive Policy Specialist under Gov. Mark Schweiker.

In 2000, Matt served as co-coordinator of volunteer security for the Bush/Cheney campaign headquarters in Philadelphia. In this position, he provided assistance to the Secret Service by co-managing the actions of hundreds of security volunteers.

Previous to working with the Department of Revenue, Matt worked on the Ridge/Schweiker 1998 campaign and the 1999 Ridge/Schweiker Inaugural Committee.

Matt is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is currently in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg Campus.
