Brian brings significant lobbying, government relations and political campaign experience to the firm. He performs a wide range of client services, including lobbying, strategic planning, lobbying disclosure consultation, legislative research, analysis and briefings.

One of Brian’s successes includes effectively pursuing an important change to the liquor code.  He also has played important roles in other significant firm successes, including earning a KOIZ designation for a global manufacturer, obtaining state funding for key education programs and defeating a proposed oil profits tax and statewide rental car tax.
 
Brian previously worked for Gov. Tom Ridge and Gov. Mark Schweiker in the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. As the director of legislative and public affairs, he served as the department’s primary lobbyist, helping Labor and Industry gain key victories in the legislature.

Brian served as a member of the political staff of Governor Ridge’s re-election campaign, for which he assisted in the planning of political events and coordinated the distribution of all collateral materials.

Brian also was a volunteer for the presidential campaign of President George W. Bush.

He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
